Ben jij een ervaren logistieke professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt? Voor een toonaangevend voedingsbedrijf zijn wij op zoek naar een Assistent Verantwoordelijke Diepvriesmagazijn. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je de rechterhand van de operationele verantwoordelijke en vorm je de belangrijke schakel tussen magazijn, productie en administratie.

Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse werking vlot verloopt, ondersteunt operationele processen en steekt zelf graag de handen uit de mouwen. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je combineert logistieke taken, administratieve opvolging en operationele ondersteuning binnen een dynamische productieomgeving.

Jouw uitdaging

Logistiek & Magazijn

  • Besturen van een reachtruck voor het verplaatsen, stockeren en laden/lossen van goederen.
  • Beheren van voorraden en uitvoeren van stockcontroles.
  • Correct verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen.
  • Waken over orde, netheid en veiligheid in het diepvriesmagazijn.

Operationele ondersteuning

  • Fungeren als rechterhand van de verantwoordelijke.
  • Mee opvolgen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de vloer.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en efficiëntiecontroles.
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen.
  • Flexibel ondersteunen binnen logistiek, productie en andere afdelingen wanneer nodig.

Administratieve opvolging

  • Correct registreren van goederenbewegingen, controles en productiedata.
  • Verwerken van administratieve gegevens in ERP- en registratiesystemen
  • Opvolgen van documenten, rapporteringen en interne processen.
  • Zorgen voor een nauwkeurige en tijdige administratie.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een magazijn-, logistieke of productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingsindustrie is een sterke troef.
  • Je beschikt over een geldig reachtruckattest of hebt ruime ervaring als reachtruckchauffeur.
  • Je hebt kennis van magazijnbeheer, voorraadbeheer en logistieke processen.
  • Je werkt administratief nauwkeurig en bent vlot met digitale systemen.
  • Je bent hands-on, flexibel en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je bent een teamspeler die ook zelfstandig beslissingen durft nemen.
  • Je communiceert zeer vlot in het Nederlands, mondeling & schriftelijk.
