Ben jij net afgestudeerd als bouwkundig ingenieur en klaar om jouw eerste echte stappen te zetten in de bouwsector? Wil je niet alleen plannen bekijken, maar écht mee bouwen aan indrukwekkende projecten?

Voor een sterk groeiend bouwbedrijf zoeken we een Assistent Werfleider die wil doorgroeien binnen een professionele en familiale omgeving.

In deze functie krijg je de kans om stap voor stap ervaring op te bouwen binnen projectopvolging, werforganisatie en technische coördinatie. Je wordt niet zomaar in het diepe gegooid: dankzij begeleiding en ondersteuning groei je uit tot een volwaardige werfleider of projectleider.

Je werkt mee aan uitdagende bedrijfsbouwprojecten waarbij je dagelijks ziet hoe jouw inspanningen evolueren van plan naar realisatie.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Assistent Werfleider ondersteun je de projectleiding en zorg je mee voor een vlotte uitvoering van verschillende bouwprojecten. Je combineert aanwezigheid op de werf met administratieve opvolging vanuit kantoor.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Opvolgen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op verschillende werven
  • Ondersteunen bij de coördinatie van onderaannemers en leveranciers
  • Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid op de werf
  • Controleren of de uitvoering verloopt volgens de gemaakte afspraken
  • Signaleren van problemen en actief meedenken over oplossingen
  • Regelmatig aanwezig zijn op verschillende werven om de voortgang op te volgen
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van werfvergaderingen
  • Overleggen met projectleiders en collega’s over de voortgang van projecten
  • Administratieve ondersteuning vanuit kantoor: Prijsaanvragen voorbereiden Materialen afroepen Planning opvolgen Facturen controleren Dossiers administratief ondersteunen
  • Samenwerken met verschillende interne afdelingen zoals aankoop, calculatie en projectleiding

Je volgt als starter gemiddeld een aantal projecten tegelijk op, waarbij elke werf zich in een andere fase bevindt. Hierdoor leer je snel verschillende aspecten van het bouwproces kennen en krijg je een brede kijk op projectmanagement.

Dankzij de begeleiding van ervaren collega’s krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid. Op termijn kan je doorgroeien richting werfleider, projectleider of andere technische functies binnen de organisatie.

We zoeken geen afgewerkte werfleider, maar iemand met ambitie, technische interesse en de drive om zichzelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

  • Je beschikt over een Master Burgerlijk Ingenieur Bouwkunde of Industrieel Ingenieur Bouwkunde
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om jouw carrière te starten binnen de bouwsector
  • Je hebt interesse in werfopvolging, projectmanagement en technische uitvoering
  • Je bereidt je goed voor en durft vragen te stellen wanneer nodig
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en blijft rustig wanneer de praktijk anders loopt dan gepland
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan vlot overleggen met verschillende partijen
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om regelmatig werven te bezoeken

Ervaring is geen vereiste. Belangrijker is jouw enthousiasme, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en ambitie om te groeien binnen een technische omgeving.

Kortom: we zoeken een toekomstig bouwtalent dat graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en wil meegroeien met een organisatie waar jouw ontwikkeling centraal staat.
