Je adviseert de klanten en Commercieel, klantgericht, passie voor techniek Taken De volgende werkzaamheden zijn van toepassing op de functie als assistent werkplaatschef. Aansturing collega's werkplaats. (verdelen werkzaamheden, technische ondersteuning etc.) Cilinders of onderdelen op kladtekening zetten Telefonisch reparatiewerk aannemen en inboeken Werkkaarten uitrekenen en evt. reparatiebonnen maken. Transportafspraken maken met de klant Aanbiedingen maken voor klanten Bestellingen plaatsen bij leveranciers t.b.v. Reparaties. Verantwoording voor de controle van inkoopfacturen tbv werkplaats Voorraadbeheer m.b.t. goederen voor reparaties (cilinderbuizen, hydraulische afdichtingen enz.) Klanten benaderen voor Reparaties en/of bezoeken voor reparatiebesprekingen Vergaderen met klanten/collegas over evt. te bouwen hydr. Cilinders/pompen/systemen welke uitvloeien uit evt. afkeur reparatie. Het regelen van stralen, honen en verchromen van assen evt. extern. Het aansturen van de mensen om de technische afdelingen schoon, veilig en op orde te houden. Functie-eisen Om deze functie naar behoren te kunnen vervullen dient u aan de volgende eisen te voldoen: Een minimale afgeronde MTS-opleiding werktuigbouwkunde is vereist Je bent gemotiveerd, doortastend, stressbestendig, collegiaal, flexibel en resultaatgericht Aantoonbare werkervaring in een onderhoudsomgeving Ervaring met draai- en freeswerk en kennis van metalen Leidinggevende capaciteiten en affiniteit met hydrauliek.
