Als adjunct-shopmanager werk je nauw samen met de winkelverantwoordelijke om de zaak goed te laten draaien.

  • Je neemt de leiding over als de winkelverantwoordelijke er niet is.
  • Je staat 90% van de tijd zelf op de vloer en stuurt de medewerkers aan.
  • Je begint om 06:00 uur met het lossen van de vrachtwagens en de verwerking van de leveringen.
  • Je helpt mee waar nodig: bijvullen in de gangen of bijspringen aan de kassa als het druk is.
  • Ongeveer 10% van je tijd gaat naar administratie, zoals de kassa-afsluiting en dagrapporten.

We zoeken een hands-on leider die de handen uit de mouwen steekt en het goeie voorbeeld geeft op de werkvloer.

  • Je hebt al ervaring opgedaan in de retail en wil nu meer verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent administratief stipt en weet een team te motiveren op de werkvloer.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en houdt het hoofd koel tijdens drukke piekmomenten.
  • Je werkt flexibel, houdt van doorwerken en bent bereid om op zaterdag te werken.
