Sie sind die zentrale Drehscheibe zwischen Mieter*innen, Eigentümer*innen und Partnerunternehmen - und behalten auch in turbulenten Momenten den Überblick.

IHRE AUFGABEN

* Erste Ansprechperson für Mieter*innen - professionell, lösungs- und serviceorientiert

* Laufende Abstimmung mit Eigentümer*innen und Asset Manager*innen sowie Teilnahme an

Jour-Fixe-Terminen

* Unterstützung im Vermietungsmanagement - von Vermarktungsunterlagen bis zur Maklerkoordination

* Abwicklung einfacher Mietverträge und Bearbeitung von Mietanboten

* Professionelle Kündigungsabwicklung und interne Koordination

* Organisation und Nachbearbeitung von Übergaben und Rücknahmen inklusive Kautionen und Ummeldungen

* Mitwirkung bei Betriebskostenabrechnungen und Vorschauen

* Abwicklung von Versicherungsfällen, z.B. Wasserschäden

* Einholung, Vergleich und Beauftragung von Angeboten

* Koordination von Kleinreparaturen

* Sorgfältige Dokumentation und administrative Tätigkeiten

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische

Ausbildung (HAK, HLW, HTBL, Lehre o. Ä.)

* Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienverwaltung

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse; ASM von Vorteil

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Proaktive, lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Serviceorientiertes Auftreten - auch in herausfordernden Situationen
