Die Lebenshilfe Kärnten ist ein gemeinnütziges Unternehmen, das mit mehr als 300 MitarbeiterInnen an mehreren Standorten in Kärnten Menschen mit Behinderungen beim Arbeiten, beim Wohnen und in der Freizeit begleitet sowie ein Pflegekompetenzzentrum betreibt.

Zur Unterstützung für unser Wohnhaus in 9400 Wolfsberg suchen wir ab sofort eine/n 1 Assistenzperson auf Fachniveau (m/w/d) Dienstort: Wolfsberg (Bereich Wohnen, Kirchbichlweg)

Teilzeit, 20 Std./Woche

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/m Fachsozialbetreuer*in für Behindertenarbeit/Behindertenbegleitung oder abgeschlossenes Studium der Erziehungs- und Bildungswissenschaften mit abgeschlossener UBV (Unterstützung zur Basisversorgung).

* Verständnis von Selbstbestimmung und Inklusion.

* Sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit: Zusammenarbeit und laufender Austausch mit dem multidisziplinären Team, bestehend aus Kolleg*innen der Bereiche Pädagogik und Pflege.

* Unterstützung bei der Durchführung des bedürfnisorientierten Pflegeprozesses zur Verbesserung und Förderung der Lebensqualität der Menschen mit Behinderungen.

* Bereitschaft zu Fort- und Weiterbildung.

* EDV-Kenntnisse.

* Führerschein B.

DAS ERWARTET SIE:

* Assistenzleistung in einem dislozierten Wohnbereich zur nachhaltigen Steigerung der Lebensqualität der Assistenznehmer*innen.

* Unterstützung bei der Erreichung höchstpersönlicher Ziele der Assistenznehmer*innen.

* Unterstützung Ihrer Kolleg*innen auf Diplom-, Fach- und Hilfsniveau und Anleitung von Praktikant*innen bzw. Zivildiener*innen.

* Mitwirkung und Durchführung der übertragenen Maßnahmen zur Pflege und Gesundheitsförderung.

* Nachtdienste, sowie Dienste an Wochenenden und Feiertagen in einem vollbetreuten Wohnsetting.

* EDV unterstützte Dokumentation aller Maßnahmen.

UNSER ANGEBOT:

* Möglichkeit zur Einzel- oder Gruppensupervision.

* Ein monatliches Bruttogehalt ab EUR 2.867,20 auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung (VG 6/1, SWÖ-KV vom 1.4.2026) zuzüglich aller Zulagen und Zuschläge unter Berücksichtigung von Qualifikation und Vordienstzeiten.
