The posting

Buso Levensveugde is op zoek naar een flexibele en geëngageerde ASV-leerkracht voor het buitengewoon secundair onderwijs, type 2 – opleidingsvorm 1 en 2.

Je komt terecht in een warme schoolomgeving waar elke leerling uniek is. Je werkt graag met jongeren met uiteenlopende ondersteuningsnoden en haalt voldoening uit kleine én grote stappen in hun ontwikkeling.

Als ASV-leerkracht begeleid en ondersteun je leerlingen binnen verschillende domeinen van hun ontwikkeling. Je hebt oog voor de individuele mogelijkheden, interesses en noden van elke leerling. Je draagt actief bij aan de handelingsplanning en de individuele ontwikkelingsdoelen van de leerlingen. Je hebt aandacht voor functionele vaardigheden die leerlingen kunnen inzetten in hun dagelijkse leven en toekomstige context en je bent bereid om flexibel in te spelen op veranderende situaties en ondersteuningsnoden.

We zoeken een collega die:

  • beschikt over de nodige onderwijsbevoegdheid om als leerkracht ASV binnen BuSO aan de slag te gaan;
  • affiniteit heeft met leerlingen met een verstandelijke beperking en diverse ondersteuningsnoden;
  • flexibel kan inspelen op de noden van leerlingen, collega's en de klasgroep;
  • bereid is om verschillende taken en lesopdrachten op te nemen;
  • sterk is in differentiëren en het aanpassen van activiteiten aan het niveau van individuele leerlingen;
  • structuur en voorspelbaarheid kan bieden, maar ook creatief kan omgaan met onverwachte situaties;
  • ervaring binnen het buitengewoon onderwijs is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste.
