Bij dit bedrijf, in Lokeren werken we met passie aan precisie-producten, van ontwerp tot productie en afwerking in eigen atelier. Als CNC Operator ben je een belangrijke schakel in onze productie-keten en help je mee om onze producten steeds perfect af te leveren

Als CNC Operator werk je in het kloppende hart van onze productie-afdeling, waar ambacht en technische precisie samenkomen. Venduro is een Belgisch familiebedrijf dat hoog-waardig inox maatwerk produceert — van dampkappen en werkbladen tot andere inox-realisa­ties — telkens met oog voor detail en kwaliteit tot in het kleinste onderdeel. Onze productie verloopt volledig in eigen atelier, van ontwerp tot afwerking, dankzij een ultramodern machinepark en een team van gedreven vakmensen.

In deze functie:

  • Programmeer en bedien je CNC-machines (zoals lasers, ponsmachines en plooibanken) om inox onderdelen en maatwerkcomponenten te vervaardigen volgens technische tekeningen en vaste kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Zorg je voor de productievoorbereiding: je leest en interpreteert technische plannen, selecteert de juiste materialen, stelt machineinstellingen in en berekent bewerkingsvolgordes voor efficiënte productie.
  • Stel je machines om en af bij productwissels en bewaak je continu de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde stukken door middel van metingen, controles en aanpassingen.
  • Werk je nauw samen met collega’s uit de productie-, ontwerp- en engineeringteams om processen te optimaliseren, problemen op te lossen en continue verbeteringen voor te stellen.
  • Draag je bij aan een veilige en ordelijke werkvloer door actief deel te nemen aan onderhoud, orde en netheid rond je werkplek en het opvolgen van veiligheidsprocedures.

PROFIEL

Jij bent de CNC Operator die we zoeken als je:

  • Ervaring hebt met CNC-machines of een sterke interesse om hierin te groeien.
  • Technische tekeningen kan lezen of bereid bent dit te leren.
  • Nauwkeurig, praktisch ingesteld en kwaliteitsbewust werkt.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband goed functioneert.
  • Veiligheid en netheid op de werkvloer belangrijk vindt.
  • (Optioneel) een rijbewijs B of heftruckattest bezit.
  • Voldoende Nederlands spreekt voor communicatie op de werkvloer.
