We zijn op zoek naar een atelierverantwoordelijke in ons Carglass filiaal in Schoten

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwalitatieve uitvoering van alle jobs in het filiaal en je houdt toezicht op de orde en netheid van de werkplaats, op de gerealiseerde jobs en op het naleven van de veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften.

Je coacht je monteurs en motiveert je team. Je bent een voorbeeld naar hen toe op vlak van technische kennis en uitvoering en de waarden en visie van Carglass®.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de controles samen met de klant en je assisteert ook bij specifieke montages.

Je staat ter beschikking voor de uitvoering van alle type jobs, ook de meer complexe.

Je behandelt de klachten van klanten en volgt ook schadegevallen op.

Je beheert de stock en controleert het collectieve gereedschap in het atelier.

Je verleent assistentie bij administratief werk bij drukte en korte afwezigheid van de Market Leader.

Je staat in voor het onthaal, de opleiding en de opvolging van nieuwe werknemers.

Bijdragen aan een veilige, kwaliteitsgerichte en duurzame werkomgeving volgens de richtlijnen van de organisatie.

We verwachten dat je:

ervaring hebt in de automotive sector in een technische functie.

Beschikt over peoplemanagement skills en goede communicatievaardigheden. Je kan een team motiveren.

Resultaatgericht bent met focus op kwaliteit, procedurematig werken en verbeteringen. Je bent een voorbeeld op vlak van kwaliteit en technische expertise

Organisatorisch bent en probleemoplossend denkt.

Een “hands-on” – “getting things done” mentaliteit bezit, leergierig bent en open minded.

Veiligheid en Customer delight hoog in het vaandel draagt.
