Hintra autismecoaching, Het individueel traject, is op zoek naar nog 1 bijkomende autismecoach voor haar locatie te Berchem . We zoeken iemand die in de ruime omgeving van de praktijk woont.

Aanvang van de opdrachten is na aanwerving

Individueel coachen en begeleiden van personen met een autismespectrumstoornis.

We zijn specifiek op zoek naar een coach die naast een gedegen theroretische bagage over een zekere maturiteit en over voldoende flexibiliteit beschikt om zich comfortabel te voelen in het coachen en begeleiden van mensen met vragen en noden die autismegerelateerd zijn.

Coachingsruimtes, omkadering, cliënten en ondersteuning zijn voorzien.

Geen onnodige administratie, enkel zeer beperkt, de focus van de job ligt op het ontwikkelen van een individueel coachingstraject, volledig op maat van de individuele klant, in dit geval personen met autisme, met al hun vragen en leeftijdsgebonden hindernissen / problematieken.

Creatieve, oplossingsgerichte en geïndividualiseerde aanpak, vanuit een stevige theoritische basis en vanuit voldoende en aantoonbare praktijkervaring in het werken met mensen met ASS.

Aantal te begeleiden cliënten is zelf te bepalen, in functie van eigen mogelijkheden, draagkracht en ambities.

We streven naar een minimumengagement is 4 tot 6h / week, gedurende minstens 2 kalenderjaren, om de continuïteit van de begeleiding naar de cliënt toe te verzekeren en om de eigen verdere ontplooiing te bewerkstelligen.. Momenten van de begeleidingsuren zijn zelf te bepalen, in functie van de beschikbare ruimtes en in overleg met de cliënt. Meer uren per week kan uiteraard. Maximaal aantal uur per week is 32 in coachingsopdrachten.

Wij zoeken iemand die de stap wil zetten naar het op zelfstandige basis coachen van mensen met ASS maar niet goed weten hoe er aan te beginnen of die de stap niet durven zetten uit angst voor de onzekerheid die hier eventueel mee gepaard gaat. Wij bieden zekerheid mbt cliënten en ruimtes.

Deze functie kan ook vervult worden vanuit een interimopdracht via een externe organisatie. Ook hier kunnen we ondersteuning in bieden. U hoeft zelf niets te gaan uitzoeken mbt deze werkwijze.

U moet beschikken over een stevige theoretische kennis over ASS en al enige ervaring hebben in het werken met, of coachen van personen met ASS.

Enige maturiteit is vereist.

U moet de stap durven zetten naar een job in een (gedeeltelijk) zelfstandig statuut, dit kan zowel in bijberoep als op volledig zelfstandige basis. Kan zoals gezegd ook via een interimtewerkstelling.

U moet bereid zijn om permanent bij te leren en om open te staan voor het delen van coachingservaringen.
