Dein neuer Arbeitsbereich

Unsere Beratungsstelle begleitet erwachsene Menschen im Autismus-Spektrum nach der Schulpflicht. Gemeinsam entwickeln wir individuelle Lösungen, fördern Selbstständigkeit und schaffen Angebote, die soziale Teilhabe ermöglichen. Gleichzeitig beraten und vernetzen wir Angehörige, Fachkräfte und Institutionen.

Deine Aufgaben - vielseitig & sinnstiftend

* Autismusspezifische Einzelbegleitung und Förderung von Klient:innen

* Planung und Durchführung von Gruppenangeboten zur Förderung sozialer Kompetenzen

* Leitung begleiteter Selbsthilfegruppen für Menschen mit Asperger-Syndrom

* Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops für Fachkräfte, Angehörige und Interessierte

* Fall- und Fachberatung für Institutionen sowie im familiären Umfeld

* Vernetzung und Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Kooperationspartner:innen

Das bringst Du mit

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im psychosozialen Bereich (z. B. Sozialpädagogik, Diplom-Sozialbetreuung Behindertenbegleitung,...)

* Abgeschlossene TEACCH-Ausbildung inklusive Qualifikation als Ausbildner:in

* Absolvierter 16-stündiger Erste Hilfe Grundkurs (wenn der Kurs vor 4 Jahren absolviert wurde, zusätzlich einen aktuellen 8-stündigen Auffrischungskurs), kann gerne nachgereicht werden

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit Behinderungen, insbesondere im Autismus-Spektrum

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit herausfordernden Verhaltensweisen

* Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Beratungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz

* Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit

* Führerschein B und eigener PKW für mobile Einsätze
