Jij koppelt tools, bouwt AI-flows, ruimt bestaande automatiseringen op en zorgt dat recruitment-, sales- en backofficeprocessen slimmer en sneller werken. Je ziet meteen tien processen die schreeuwen om automatisering. Plus - en dit is significant - de huidige Power Automate-stack uitfaseren naar n8n en Python waar dat structureel houdbaarder is. Geen oneindige roadmap. Een proces per keer, werkend krijgen, daarna door. Wie ben jij? - Minimaal 2 jaar Python of ervaring in een vergelijkbare taal. - Productie-ervaring met minimaal één workflow-automation-platform: n8n, Make, Zapier of Power Automate.Pragmatisch. - Communicatief sterk, - HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Minimaal 3 dagen per week op kantoor in Rotterdam Pré: - Eerdere AI-API-integraties (Claude, OpenAI, of lokale Ollama) - Ervaring met Salesforce Flows en/of Apex - Recruitment-, HR- of uitzendbranche-ervaring - - Eigen open-source of community-bijdrage - Engelstalig comfortabel. Dit bieden wij jou: - €4.800 - €6.200 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, schaling op ervaring. - 32-uurs variant mogelijk - pro-rata salaris + dezelfde bonus-structuur. - Loyaliteitsbonus, prestatiebonus tot €4.000/jr, referralbonus. - Hardware naar keuze - 25 + ADV dagen, vakantiedagen, pensioenregeling, reiskostenvergoeding. - Opleidingsbudget - conferenties, cursussen, certificeringen. - Wekelijkse 1-op-1 met de directeur, geen MT-laag ertussen. - Geluksmomenten, hybride werken vanuit ons Rotterdamse kantoor. -
