Bij een biofarmaceutische productielocatie in Leiden werk je aan het ontwerp, de implementatie en de inbedrijfstelling van Building Management Systems (BMS) en Environmental Monitoring Systems (EMS). Je werkt in een gespecialiseerd automatiseringsteam en voert projecten uit volgens cGMP- en GAMP-eisen. Functie-inhoud - Gebruikers- en functionele eisen vastleggen voor de implementatie en migratie van BMS-systemen - De nieuwe BMS-managementlaag op ISA-95-level 2 ontwerpen, implementeren en in bedrijf stellen met leveranciers en IT - BMS/EMS configureren voor aangesloten systemen en applicaties ondersteunen tot de overdracht - Ontwerp en uitvoering afstemmen met gebruikers, HVAC-engineers, systeemeigenaren en operators - Lifecycle-documentatie, commissioningprotocollen, testplannen en validatierapporten opstellen en beoordelen - Leveranciers, onderaannemers en toegewezen automation engineers coördineren - SOP’s en werkinstructies bijwerken en medewerkers trainen in de gemigreerde oplossing Functie-eisen - Minimaal een hbo-/bachelordiploma in industriële automatisering, IT of een relevante technische richting - Minimaal 3–5 jaar ervaring met BMS-applicatiesoftware, bij voorkeur Honeywell of Priva, en industriële automatiseringsinfrastructuur - Ervaring binnen een GMP-/GAMP-gereguleerde omgeving - In het bezit van VCA en NEN 3140 - Je begrijpt regelconcepten, schrijft functionele specificaties en hebt gedegen kennis van P&ID’s, instrumentatie en regelapparatuur - Kennis van het ontwerp en de implementatie van IT-applicatie-infrastructuur - Opleidingen in klimaattechniek, zoals KLI-A, KLI-B, KLI-C of MRK-A, en ervaring met projectengineering of -coördinatie zijn een pré Aanbod - Betrokkenheid bij het volledige traject van ontwerp tot commissioning en overdracht - Samenwerking met automatiseringsspecialisten met verschillende technische expertises - Technische focus op BMS/EMS en productieautomatisering op ISA-95-level 1 en 2 - Werken op een productielocatie voor vaccin.
