Als Automation Engineer in Heerenveen ontwerp, ontwikkel en test je PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-systemen voor evaporatie- en drooginstallaties. Je werkt bij een internationale leverancier van systemen voor de voedselverwerkingsindustrie, waar je samen met projectteams en klanten automatiseringsprojecten realiseert tot en met commissioning op locatie. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerpen, programmeren en testen van PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-software en ontwikkelen van productie-, verbruiks- en utility-rapportages - Ontwerpen van automatiseringshardware, software en panelen, inclusief functionele specificaties en technische projectdocumentatie - Configureren van besturingspanelen, motorcontrolcentra, Ethernet- en ASI/IO-Link-netwerken en pneumatische circuits - Deelnemen aan ontwerpbeoordelingen, veiligheidsevaluaties en FAT-tests - Beheren van automatiseringsactiviteiten tijdens installatie, commissioning en performance testing in binnen- en buitenland - Trainen van klantpersoneel in het gebruik van geïnstalleerde automatiseringssystemen - Rapporteren aan projectmanagers over budgetten, voortgang en forecasting Functie-eisen - Bachelor of master in Instrumentation, Electrical of Automation Engineering, of een gelijkwaardige opleiding - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur internationaal en in de food- of procesindustrie, met ervaring met evaporatie- en drooginstallaties als voorkeur - Uitgebreide kennis van Siemens S7/TIA of Rockwell CLX en SCADA-systemen van Aveva - Ervaring met het ontwerpen en implementeren van automatiseringshardware en -software - Bekend met TPPM, Skynet en Optimus; kennis van SSP en basiskennis van SQL zijn een pre - Uitstekende beheersing van het Engels; Nederlands is een pre - Je lost problemen gestructureerd op, werkt zelfstandig en in teamverband en hebt oog voor technische en commerciële aspecten Aanbod - Werken aan evaporatie- en droogsystemen binnen een internationaal bedrijf - Mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling - Bijdr.
