In regio Roeselare kom je terecht bij een gespecialiseerde KMO binnen industriële productie. De organisatie telt ongeveer 150 medewerkers en combineert een sterke technische knowhow met een modern machinepark. Vanuit meerdere sites wordt dagelijks gewerkt aan kwalitatieve oplossingen voor professionele klanten, met veel aandacht voor optimalisatie, betrouwbaarheid en samenwerking op de vloer.

Als Automation Engineer krijg je een sleutelrol binnen de verdere automatisering van de productieomgeving. Je analyseert processen, werkt verbeteringen uit en zorgt ervoor dat installaties softwarematig en elektrisch betrouwbaar blijven draaien.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Automation Engineer ontwikkel, verbeter en onderhoud je geautomatiseerde productieprocessen binnen een industriële omgeving
  • Vanuit jouw technische analyse breng je bottlenecks in kaart en werk je automatiseringsprojecten uit die processen efficiënter en stabieler maken
  • Je programmeert en past PLC-software aan, ontwikkelt HMI-schermen en zorgt voor een duidelijke koppeling tussen machine, operator en proces
  • Bij complexe elektrische of softwarematige storingen zoek je naar de oorzaak en werk je duurzame oplossingen uit
  • Samen met collega’s uit productie, onderhoud en engineering stem je verbeteringen af en zorg je dat automatisaties praktisch uitvoerbaar zijn
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in Elektromechanica, Automatisatie of een gelijkaardige technische richting
  • Daarnaast heb je al een eerste ervaring als automatisatie-ingenieur binnen een industriële productieomgeving
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en voldoende Frans om professioneel te communiceren met collega’s, leveranciers of andere stakeholders
