Als Automation Engineer werk je aan een sterk geautomatiseerde assemblagelijn bij een industriële producent in Tilburg. Je combineert elektrische storingsanalyse met PLC- en SCADA-programmering en helpt de productie op te schalen. Samen met productie, engineering, kwaliteit en onderhoud verbeter je de lijncapaciteit en productkwaliteit. Functie-inhoud - Elektrische en geautomatiseerde apparatuur installeren, integreren en onderhouden - Automatiseringstechnici begeleiden en gestandaardiseerde werkinstructies ontwikkelen - PLC-aanpassingen en tests uitvoeren om de output van de assemblagelijn te verhogen - Met leveranciers technische processtoringen oplossen en apparatuur afstellen - Proces-KPI’s ontwikkelen en analyseren en continue verbeterprojecten uitvoeren - Productiesystemen koppelen aan systemen voor onderdelenbestelling en onderhoud - Processen valideren, controleplannen onderhouden en product- en programmawijzigingen beheerst invoeren Functie-eisen - Bachelor industriële automatisering of elektrotechniek, of gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring en aantoonbare expertise - Minimaal 3–5 jaar ervaring als besturingstechnicus in een industriële omgeving met hoge productievolumes - Kennis van PLC-programmering met Allen Bradley (circa 80%) en Siemens TIA, plus SCADA-ervaring met Rockwell en Ignition - Ervaring met storingsanalyse aan elektrische, hydraulische en pneumatische systemen en het lezen van mechanische tekeningen en elektrische schema’s - Aantoonbare ervaring met 480 V/3-fase/60 Hz, 400 V/3-fase/50 Hz, 230 VAC, eenfase 208/120 VAC en 24 VDC - Je organiseert en documenteert je werk nauwkeurig, beheerst gangbare kantoorsoftware en werkt goed samen in een multiculturele productieomgeving - Je bent beschikbaar voor oproepen buiten reguliere werktijden en in het weekend Aanbod - Detavast-contract - Werken met PLC- en SCADA-techniek aan een sterk geautomatiseerde assemblagelijn - Betrokkenheid bij productieopschaling en verbeteringen in capaciteit en kwaliteit.
