Wil jij werken aan innovatieve automatisatie in hoogtechnologische magazijnen én tegelijk zekerheid hebben met een vaste job? Hier krijg je internationale impact, mag je werken met de nieuwste technologie, en heb je reële doorgroeikansen. Jij bouwt mee aan geautomatiseerde stacker cranes en slimme warehouse-oplossingen die wereldwijd het verschil maken in de cold chain. Het gaat om een job met een vast contract binnen een snelgroeiende internationale speler.

Functieomschrijving Als Automation Engineer maak je deel uit van het Crane Engineering team. Jij werkt aan de ontwikkeling en integratie van geautomatiseerde stacker crane systemen voor performante, sterk geautomatiseerde vriesmagazijnen. Je combineert technische diepgang met praktische toepassing. Je programmeert PLC-systemen, werkt aan E&I-design en zorgt ervoor dat kranen, conveyors en monorails perfect communiceren met het warehouse control system.

Wat mag je concreet verwachten?

  • Ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van PLC-software
  • Meewerken aan E&I engineering en design
  • Integratie van AS/RS-systemen in hightech omgevingen
  • Ondersteunen bij commissioning en testing
  • Troubleshooting bij technische uitdagingen
  • Samenwerken met projectmanagers en internationale teams

Je werkt mee aan projecten in Europa en de VS. Soms vanop kantoor, soms dichter bij de installatie zelf. Veiligheid staat altijd voorop, ook wanneer je op hoogte werkt.

In deze vaste job krijg je de ruimte om je te verdiepen in AS/RS-systemen en word je stap voor stap expert in automatisatie binnen cold chain logistics.

  • Bachelor in Engineering (Automatisatie, E&I, PLC…) ? je bouwt verder op een sterke technische basis
  • Basiskennis van frequentieregelaars (bv. SEW) en Profinet ? je begrijpt industriële netwerken
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels ? je werkt internationaal samen

Je bent analytisch sterk, denkt oplossingsgericht en voelt je thuis in een hightech industriële omgeving.
