Vanuit meerdere productiesites wordt gewerkt aan kwalitatieve ingrediënten voor klanten in binnen- en buitenland. De organisatie blijft investeren in automatisering, procesverbetering en productiecapaciteit, waardoor je terechtkomt in een technische omgeving waar jouw werk zichtbaar bijdraagt aan de dagelijkse productie.

Als Automation Engineer neem je automatiseringsprojecten mee in handen en werk je zowel operationeel als projectmatig.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als automatisatie-ingenieur volg je automatiseringsprojecten op van analyse en ontwerp tot implementatie en opstart binnen de productieomgeving
  • Vanuit jouw technische expertise ontwikkel je SCADA-oplossingen, pas je PLC-programma’s aan en zorg je voor duidelijke documentatie van automatiseringsprocessen
  • Je visualiseert proces- en productiedata en werkt KPI’s en rapporteringen uit die betere operationele beslissingen ondersteunen
  • Bij technische storingen analyseer je de oorzaak en ondersteun je productie, techniekers en supervisors met gerichte oplossingen
  • Daarnaast detecteer je optimalisatiekansen en realiseer je verbeterprojecten die de betrouwbaarheid, efficiëntie en prestaties van installaties verhogen
  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in Elektromechanica, Automatisering of een gelijkaardige richting, of bouwde gelijkwaardige technische kennis op door ervaring
  • Vanuit jouw ervaring met PLC-programmatie en industriële automatisering kan je technische vraagstukken zelfstandig analyseren en uitwerken
  • Je bent vertrouwd met TIA Portal, Siemens S7 of andere PLC-omgevingen en hebt bij voorkeur ook voeling met HMI-, SCADA- of datasystemen
