In deze rol werk je binnen een unieke, inspirerende en hoogtechnologische omgeving aan de maritieme infrastructuur van de toekomst. Samen met een gedreven team zorg je dag en nacht voor een optimale dienstverlening, een veilige infrastructuur en innovatieve projecten.

Als Automation Expert (Operational Technology) neem jij de complexe automatisering van cruciale maritieme kunstwerken (zoals bruggen en sluizen) onder je vleugels. In deze bedrijfskritische en sterk gereguleerde omgeving zorg jij ervoor dat de industriële automatisatiesystemen als een geoliede machine blijven draaien én optimaal beveiligd zijn.

Binnen de afdeling Maritieme Infrastructuur ben jij de technische spilfiguur voor het beheer, onderhoud en de verdere modernisering van de industriële automatisatiesystemen.

  • Systeembeheer: Je beheert en optimaliseert de OT-systemen van de brug- en sluissturingen
  • Cybersecurity: Je tilt de systemen naar een hoger niveau door de verdere implementatie van strenge cyberbeveiligingsmaatregelen volgens de NIS- en NIS2-richtlijnen
  • Life Cycle Management: Je zorgt voor de noodzakelijke updates en patching van het volledige OT-landschap (PLC’s, IO-systemen, SCADA-software, engineeringsoftware, OPC/Kepware,
  • snelheidsregelaars, UPS, variabele verkeersborden, etc.)
  • Software-aanpassingen: Je voert programma-wijzigingen uit binnen de PLC- en SCADA-systemen om de continuïteit en efficiëntie te garanderen
  • Rapportage: Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Project Engineer Port Infrastructure
  • On-site beleving: Je werkt 100% op locatie, direct bij de actie (95% in regio Antwerpen, 5% in Zeebrugge). Thuiswerk is voor deze rol niet mogelijk

Je bent een doorgewinterde expert met een passie voor geavanceerde PLC-systemen en redundante SCADA-oplossingen. Je werkt graag praktisch-technisch op de site en presteert optimaal in een bedrijfskritische omgeving.

Jouw bagage (Must-haves):

  • Opleiding: Een Master- of Bachelordiploma in Elektromechanica / Automatisatie, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring: Minimaal 10 jaar aantoonbare ervaring binnen industriële automatisering

Siemens Expert:

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met Siemens Step 7 Classic
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met Siemens TIA Portal
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met Siemens WinCC V7/8
  • Talen: Vloeiend in het Nederlands (woord en geschrift) en een goede kennis van technisch Engels

Een sterke plus (Should-haves):

  • Diepgaandere ervaring (5+ jaar) met Siemens TIA Portal, WinCC V7/8 en Siemens Step 7 Classic
  • Ervaring met Siemens Industrial Networking
