Servicio de Atención domiciliaria - SAD MONTGAT Atención en el propio domicilio, a los usuarios/as , siguiendo las pautas de actuación y atendiendo a lo establecido por los/as técnicos/as responsables del servicio. Asistir y apoyar a los/as usuarios/as en las actividades de la vida diaria que no puedan realizar de forma autónoma (aseo, alimentación, acompañamiento, cambios posturales) así como atención personal y de su entorno, garantizando su bienestar físico y mental. Control medicación, higienes personales, ayuda con el vestir, transferencias y movilizaciones. Cambios posturales. Manejo de grúas si es necesario. Apoyo y administración de alimentos. Acompañamientos al/la médico/médica. Compras Jornada Laboral: Parcial, 33 horas semanales Horario: De lunes a viernes, mañanas y tardes, disponibilidad de 8:00 a 18:00 horas aproximadamente, horario a definir con el centro. Tipo de contrato: INDEFINIDO Requisitos Titulación: Técnico en Cuidados Auxiliares de Enfermería (o título equivalente: Técnico Auxiliar de Clínica o Técnico Auxiliar de Enfermería) / Técnico en Atención a Personas en Situación de Dependencia (o título equivalente: Técnico de Atención Sociosanitaria) / Certificado de Profesionalidad de Atención Sociosanitaria a Personas Dependientes en Instituciones Sociales. Con vocación 100% en el sector de cuidados a las personas. Con perfecto dominio de las lenguas vehiculares y con la documentación en vigor (DNI/NIE, número de afiliación a la seguridad social y domiciliación bancaria.). Valorable un año de experiencia en puesto similar. Valorable vehículo propio. Requisitos:Experiencia 1 años.
