The posting

Als AY Accountant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige boekhoudkundige verwerking van A tot Y voor meerdere juridische entiteiten binnen een internationale productie- en industriële omgeving. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het correct voeren van de algemene boekhouding (GL accounting) en in de verdere professionalisering en optimalisatie van de financiële processen.

Je werkt nauw samen met collegas binnen Finance en andere afdelingen (Sales, Logistics, Operations) en rapporteert binnen een dynamisch en groeiend internationaal bedrijf actief in de ontwikkeling en productie van high-tech industriële systemen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

General Ledger Accounting & Closing

Beheer van de volledige AY boekhouding (general ledger accounting)

Correcte en tijdige verwerking van alle financiële transacties

Voorbereiden en ondersteunen van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen (month-end & year-end closing)

Uitvoeren van reconciliaties (balansrekeningen, leveranciers, klanten)

Opstellen van financiële rapporteringen en ondersteuning van financiële analyses

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable (AP/AR)

Actieve opvolging van klantenbetalingen en openstaande posten (accounts receivable)

Beheer van leveranciersboekhouding en factuurverwerking (accounts payable)

Optimaliseren van cashflow door proactieve opvolging van betalingen

Contact met interne stakeholders zoals Sales en Logistics voor correcte facturatie en opvolging

Procesoptimalisatie & ERP

Actief meedenken en bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie en automatisatie binnen Finance

Ondersteunen van de harmonisatie en standaardisatie van boekhoudkundige processen

Werken met ERP-systemen en Excel voor financiële verwerking en rapportering

Identificeren van efficiëntiewinsten binnen accounting workflows

Compliance & Reporting

Toepassen van Belgische boekhoudkundige (BE GAAP) en fiscale regelgeving

Zorgen voor correcte financiële data en betrouwbare rapportering

Ondersteunen van audits en interne controles

Bachelor of Master in Accountancy, Finance of gelijkwaardig

Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in accounting / general ledger accounting

Sterke kennis van Belgische boekhoud- en btw-regelgeving

Ervaring met ERP-systemen en gevorderde kennis van Excel

Analytisch sterk, nauwkeurig en hands-on ingesteld

Proactief, oplossingsgericht en een echte teamplayer

Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Engels
