Unser umfangreiches Sortiment an qualitativ hochwertigen Backwaren wird von gehobenen Hotellerie- und Gastronomiebetrieben genauso geschätzt wie von den Kunden in unseren Filialen. 1 Bäcker/in oder Bäckermeister/in Jahresstelle ab sofort oder nach Absprache

Deine Rolle bei uns:

* Gesamtverantwortung für die gesamte Produktion

* Sicherstellung von Qualität, Frische

* Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufen

* Kommunikation mit anderen Abteilungen

* Planung, Steuerung und laufende Optimierung der Prozesse

* Weiterentwicklung unseres Sortiments & Rezepturen

* Aktive Mitarbeit in der Produktion - du weißt, wie es läuft

* Überblick über Warenlager und Rohstoffe

* Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung deines Teams

* Enge Abstimmung mit Geschäftsführung und Vertrieb

Profil

Was wir von dir erwarten

Du bringst Substanz mit - aber du musst nicht perfekt sein.

* Abgeschlossene Bäckerausbildung, idealerweise Meister

* Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Produktion

* Erste Führungserfahrung und die Fähigkeit, ehrlich & klar zu kommunizieren

* Organisationstalent und Überblick - auch wenn es stressig wird

* Selbstständige, pragmatische Arbeitsweise

* Hands-on-Mentalität - du arbeitest mit, nicht nur darüber

* Wichtig ist uns:

Du musst nicht alles können. Aber du solltest bereit sein, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, dazuzulernen und dich weiterzuentwickeln.
