Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Bäcker_in, Backtechnologe_technologin, Lebensmitteltechniker_in oder Konditor_in

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktion sowie in der Qualitätskontrolle von Vorteil

* Selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsstil mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist und Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit

* Deutschkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit im Team

Deine Aufgaben

* Produktion: Du bist gemeinsam mit deinem Team für stabile Produktionsabläufe verantwortlich und achtest dabei auf den sorgsamen Umgang mit unseren Produkten und deren Verarbeitung.

* Qualitätsmanagement: Du führst ordnungsgemäße Qualitätskontrollen zur Sicherstellung unserer einwandfreien Produktqualität durch und hältst dich dabei an die Vorgaben unseres Qualitätsmanagements.

* Prozessoptimierung und Dokumentation: Dein Know-how bringst du bei der Optimierung, Steuerung und Kontrolle unserer internen Arbeitsabläufe ein.

* Mitarbeiterführung: Du unterstützt deine Teamleitung bei der Mitarbeiterführung, führst Unterweisungen und Schulungen neuer Mitarbeiter durch und bist Ansprechpartner_in für deine Kolleg_innen bei Anfragen.
