Saisonstelle in Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben

* Ansetzen von Sauerteigen mit alten Getreidesorten

* Herstellung von Weissbrot unter der Verwendung von Kombucha Hefen

* Backen von Sauerteigbroten

* Mithilfe bei der Ausarbeitung neuer Rezepturen

* Kreative Mitarbeit bei der Vergrößerung unseres Brotsortiments

* Herstellung von Plunder und Kleingebäck für das Frühstück

* Koordination und Einkauf von Backwaren

* Einbringen von Backkreationen in Abstimmung mit unserer Küchenphilosophie

* Einhaltung der Hygiene-Standards

* pfleglicher Umgang mit Maschinen und Arbeitsmitteln

Ihr Profil

* Erfahrung in der 5***** Hotellerie wünschenswert

* Bäckerausbildung

* Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position

* Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

* Kreativität

* gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
