Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine_n engagierte_n 1 Büroassistenz (w/m/x)

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Allgemeine Büroorganisation und administrative Unterstützung des Teams

* Korrespondenz mit Kund/innen, Geschäftspartner/innen und internen Abteilungen

* Terminkoordination und Terminvereinbarungen

* Erstellung von Berichten, Kostenvoranschlägen und Rechnungen

* Unterstützung im Marketing und bei der Optimierung interner Prozesse

Ihr Profil:

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung von Vorteil

* Berufserfahrung im Bürobereich von Vorteil

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Lernbereitschaft

* Zeitliche Flexibilität im Rahmen von Montag bis Freitag von 8:00 bis 18:00 Uhr und Bereitschaft zu Wechseldiensten
