Das autohaus - fischer möchte sich als einer der lokalen SUZUKI-Partner vorstellen. Als Fachwerkstätte in 1140 Wien kümmern wir uns auch um Ihren VOLVO und ALFA ROMEO. Außerdem reparieren wir alle anderen Auto-Marken und haben mehr als 40 Jahre Erfahrung. Unser Team von hochqualifiziertem Fachpersonal steht Ihnen immer zur Seite.

Wir suchen zur Verstärkung des Teams einen/eine 1 Bürokraft (m./w.) für eine Teilzeitstelle im Ausmaß von 20 Stunden/Woche

Anforderungen:

- Voraussetzung sind sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse

- hohe Einsatzbereitschaft

- flexibel und belastbar

- freundliches, gepflegtes Auftreten

- Stressresistenz

- Führerschein B von Vorteil

Aufgabengebiet

- Kund_innenempfang

- Telefonische Kund_innenbetreuung/ Terminvereinbarungen

- Versicherungsangelegenheiten

- KFZ Schaden Abwicklung von Schaden Eingabe bis zur Freigabe für Reparatur

Berufserfahrung im KFZ Bereich erwünscht!

Arbeitszeit: Teilzeit (20 Std./Woche) während einer Rahmenarbeitszeit von 7:00 bis 17:00 (Mo-Do) und Freitags von 7:-13:00 Uhr nach Vereinbarung

Entlohnung:

~ Laut Kollektivvertrag, je nach Qualifikation Überzahlung möglich!
