Ben jij sterk in coördineren, opvolgen en plannen? Als Operationeel Backoffice Coördinator in Zwevegem bewaak je projecten en marges en stuur je werfleiders aan waar nodig. Met je uitstekende kennis van Frans en Nederlands controleer je dossiers, signaleer je problemen en waak je over een correcte opvolging. Je krijgt veel autonomie en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de eigenaar. Je ontvangt een aantrekkelijk loon tot € 3.500 bruto per maand, aangevuld met bedrijfswagen, maaltijdcheques en ecocheques. Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

  • Je controleert verkochte dossiers op volledigheid en juistheid en volgt ze op van voorbereiding tot facturatie.
  • Je bewaakt de marges van projecten en signaleert afwijkingen of onverwachte kosten.
  • Wanneer informatie ontbreekt of problemen opduiken, stuur je aan op duidelijke afspraken.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van projecten tot en met oplevering en facturatie.
  • Je detecteert knelpunten en neemt initiatief om de operationele werking efficiënter te maken.

  • Organiseren, plannen en nauwkeurig opvolgen zijn helemaal jouw ding.
  • Je beheert zelfstandig meerdere dossiers en stelt de juiste prioriteiten.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Frans uitstekend en voert moeiteloos telefoongesprekken en inhoudelijke discussies in beide talen.
  • Met jouw initiatief en oplossingsgerichte aanpak zorg je ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt.
  • Ervaring in operationele coördinatie, planning of dossierbeheer is een plus.
  • Je communiceert assertief en professioneel, ook met uitgesproken persoonlijkheden, en waakt over duidelijke afspraken en een vlotte samenwerking.
  • Dankzij je technische affiniteit leer je nieuwe producten en installaties snel kennen.
