Ben jij een organisatietalent met een passie voor het ondersteunen van een aankoopteam? In deze rol ga je aan de slag in een internationaal bedrijf met hoofdzetel in Parijs, waar je de productflow efficiënt en betrouwbaar houdt.

Ben jij de geschikte kandidaat voor deze functie?

  • Heb je een bachelor diploma en relevante werkervaring?
  • Ben je communicatief vaardig en kan je goed met data omgaan?
  • Heb je een goede beheersing van Nederlands en kun je je ook uitdrukken in Frans en/of Engels?

In deze functie ga je de volgende taken uitvoeren:

  • Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning aan het aankoopteam.
  • Je fungeert als klankbord voor het sales team en speelt in op hun noden.
  • Je beheert en actualiseert productgegevens in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met leveranciers voor praktische opvolging.
  • Je verwerkt prijswijzigingen en controleert de juistheid van gegevens.
  • Je helpt bij het ondersteunen van het assortiment en voegt nieuwe producten toe.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de opvolging van klachten en kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van aankoop, logistiek, marketing en sales.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

We zoeken iemand met een passie voor productkennis en de drive om de markt te verkennen. Je denkt analytisch en werkt nauwkeurig, wat essentieel is om te slagen in deze functie.

  • Minimaal een bachelor diploma. Geen bachelor diploma? Relevante werkervaring is ook mooi meegenomen ( min 3 jaar)
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan goed samenwerken.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en je kan je uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels
  • Je blijft koel onder druk en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je bent handig met MS Word, Excel en Outlook.
  • Je bent gedreven, leergierig en neemt ownership over jouw verantwoordelijkheden.
