Je vormt de schakel tussen klanten, sales, transporteurs en interne diensten en zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen en exportzendingen van A tot Z correct worden opgevolgd.

Jouw takenpakket

Als Back Officer Sales & Logistiek combineer je commerciële administratie met logistieke en exportgerelateerde verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je verwerkt en volgt verkooporders op van bestelling tot levering.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en distributeurs en beantwoordt vragen over orders, leveringen en administratie.
  • Je coördineert transporten en onderhoudt contacten met transporteurs en logistieke partners.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte voorbereiding van export- en douanedocumenten voor internationale verzendingen.
  • Je verwerkt klant-, order- en verzendgegevens nauwkeurig in het ERP- en CRM-systeem.

Wie ben jij?

Voor deze vacature zoeken we een administratieve duizendpoot die graag het overzicht bewaart en energie krijgt van klantencontacten en een internationale context.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen customer service, commerciële binnendienst, sales support of logistieke administratie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en stelt vlot prioriteiten.
  • Kennis van exportprocedures, douaneformaliteiten of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is een mooie troef.
