The posting

Coördineren van het dagelijkse werk op de inbound afdeling in een 2-ploegendienst, met ruimte voor groei en samenwerking binnen diverse teams.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en ontwikkelen van het team op de inbound afdeling. Je houdt toezicht op het dagelijkse werk, zowel fysiek als via systemen, en werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen. Daarnaast neem je deel aan vergaderingen en projecten en ondersteun je actief in de productie. Je begeleidt nieuwe operators en mentoren om hun ontwikkeling te stimuleren.

- Dagelijkse opvolging van werkzaamheden op de inbound afdeling - Leidinggeven en coachen van het team - Samenwerken met andere afdelingen om processen te verbeteren - Deelname aan vergaderingen en projectteams - Actieve bijdrage aan productieactiviteiten - Begeleiden en opvolgen van nieuwe operators en mentoren

Je komt terecht bij een van onze klanten die tijdelijke extra ondersteuning zoekt met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling na een interimperiode. De functie wordt uitgevoerd in een 2-ploegendienst, wat zorgt voor afwisseling in je werkritme.
