Jobomschrijving

Als Backoffice Administrator zijn je verantwoordelijkheden :

  • Het opstellen en herwerken van offertes in samenspraak met de vertegenwoordiger
  • Het doorgeven van bestellingen en het verifiëren van orderbevestigingen
  • Ondersteunen van de externe Salescollega's bij vragen over producten, bestellingen en andere administratieve zaken
  • Klantcontact voornamelijk via e-mail en sporadisch telefonisch contact

Je hebt het volgende profiel:

  • U heeft ervaring in een administratieve functie
  • U heeft een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Frans, een goede kennis Engels is een plus
  • U bent detailgericht en georganiseerd
  • U kunt goed overweg met MS Office en andere relevante software
  • U heeft een klantgerichte instelling en bent communicatief sterk
