Ervaring binnen het jeugdzorgveld is handig, maar niet vereist.

De functie Ter versterking van ons team zoeken wij een enthousiaste en nauwkeurige Backoffice Medewerker. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen onze organisatie en zorg je ervoor dat administratieve processen soepel verlopen.

Jouw werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Aanmaken, beheren en controleren van cliëntendossiers; - Outlook (e-mails en agendabeheer); - Onderhouden van contact met clienten, ouders, verwijzers en samenwerkingspartners; - Ondersteunen van professionals bij administratieve processen; - Plannen en coördineren van afspraken; - Monitoren en verwerken van administratieve gegevens en rapportages in Excel; - Beheren van correspondentie en digitale documentatie; - Signaleren van verbeterpunten in werkprocessen en bijdragen aan optimalisatie; - Hulpverleners ondersteuning bieden bij diverse vragen.

Wie zoeken wij Je bent een zelfstandige en proactieve professional die energie krijgt van organiseren, structureren en ondersteunen. Je behoudt overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere werkzaamheden tegelijkertijd aandacht vragen. Je bent betrouwbaar en weet hoe je moet omgaan met vertrouwelijke gegevens.
