Word jij ons nieuwe talent als back office medewerker te Aalter? Een veelzijdige functie in een dynamisch team waar cijfers en klantgerichtheid centraal staan. Frans is een must! Bruto salaris tot €3.200.

De functie inhoud Als Back Office medewerker ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van:

  • Verwerken van orders en facturatie (klanten, onderhoud, reparatie)
  • Debiteurenbeheer en klantenboekhouding
  • Bestellingen plaatsen
  • Telefonie (zowel Frans als Nederlands)
  • Rapportage naar de verantwoordelijke
  • Gebruik van Navision (Salesforce is een grote troef)

Je werkt fulltime, in een 40-urige werkweek met glijdende uren (start tussen 8u-9u, einde tussen 17u-18u) en 12 betaalde ADV-dagen.
