Wir verstärken unser Team und suchen ab sofort eine_n 2 Backshop-Mitarbeiter_in

Backshop-Mitarbeiter_in - Vollzeitbeschäftigung.

Unsere Mitarbeiter_innen sorgen dafür, dass die frischen Backwaren so schnell als möglich in unseren Filialen erhältlich sind. Unsere kompetenten und freundlichen Damen und Herren im Verkauf sind bemüht, das gesamtes Sortiment in allen 30 Filialen fachgerecht anzubieten und unsere Kund_innen zur vollsten Zufriedenheit zu bedienen. So schaffen wir eine Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre in unseren Verkaufsstellen mit Café, in denen wir verschiedene Frühstücksvariationen anbieten.

Beginn zwischen 05.00 Uhr und 06.00 Uhr; Arbeitsende zwischen 18.30 Uhr und 19.00 Uhr

Tätigkeitsbereich

* Verkauf und ansprechende Präsentation von Backwaren und Konditoreiprodukten

* Freundliche und kompetente Beratung unserer Kund_innen

* Kaffeeservice sowie Zubereitung von Kaffee- und Heißgetränkespezialitäten

* Vorbereitung und Zubereitung von Frühstücksangeboten sowie kleinen Speisen

* Kassiertätigkeiten und ordnungsgemäße Kassenführung

* Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit, Ordnung und Hygiene im Verkaufs- und Cafébereich

Anforderungen:

* Zeitlich flexibel und belastbar,

* Erfahrung im Lebensmittelverkauf,

* Kassaerfahrung,

* Kontaktfreudig und Kommunikativ,

* Entsprechend fließende Deutschkenntnisse,

* Gepflegtes und adrettes Auftreten,

* Freundlich und sehr gute Umgangsform,

* Hohe Umsatzorientierung.
