BACKTALENT FÜR UNSERE BACKSTUBE 30h bis 38h/ Woche - 5 Tage/ Woche - keine Nacht- und Wochenendschichten

Deine Verantwortung - Du arbeitest aktiv im Tagesgeschäft unserer Backstube mit und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Produktionsalltag. - Du stellst die Qualität unserer Backwaren (Brote und Gebäck) sicher und achtest auf die Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards. - Du organisierst und strukturierst die Arbeitsabläufe in der Backstube. - Du übernimmst die Aufgabenverteilung und begleitest deine Kolleg:innen mit - Unterstützungsbedarf im Arbeitsalltag. - Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Bestellungen, Kapazitäten und die benötigten - Lebensmittel und Verpackungen. - Du achtest auf Ordnung, Material und die Instandhaltung der Räumlichkeiten. - Du arbeitest eng mit der Bereichsleitung des Innenbereichs sowie der Pädagogik zusammen und bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung der Backstube ein.

Du bist - Ausgebildete:r Bäcker:in und/oder hast gute Erfahrung im selbstständigen Backen und in der Herstellung von Backwaren. - Lernbereit und entwicklungsorientiert – du hast Freude daran, Neues zu lernen, auszuprobieren und in der Praxis anzuwenden. - Zuverlässig, sorgfältig und verantwortungsbewusst und arbeitest selbstständig. - Organisiert, vorausschauend und lösungsorientiert und behältst auch in einem dynamischen Arbeitsalltag den Überblick. - Teamfähig, kommunikativ und flexibel und arbeitest gerne gemeinsam mit anderen an der Weiterentwicklung der Backstube. - Deutschsprachig (von Vorteil) - AktiF-Bescheinigung von Vorteil
