DARUM GEHT ES KONKRET

Aktuell suchen wir einen kreativen und engagierten Badberater (m/w/d) für unser Team.

* Gestalte individuelle Bäderträume: Berate und plane die perfekten Bäder für deine Kund:innen.

* Werde zum Umsetzer von Wünschen: Nutze 3D-Planungstools und dein Talent im Verkauf, um die Vorstellungen deiner Kund:innen lebendig werden zu lassen.

* Pflege wertvolle Beziehungen: Der Aufbau und die Pflege von Kontakten zu Kund:innen und Lieferant:innen sind essenzielle Aspekte deiner Arbeit.

* Deine Kreativität ist unser Schlüssel: Begeisterung für ästhetische Badkonzepte ist ein Muss.

* Erfahrung: Du verfügst bereits über praktische Erfahrung als Berater:in und Planer:in.

* Planung mit Präzision: Ob technischer Zeichner, erfahrener Handwerker oder engagierte Quereinsteiger - nutze deine Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Badplanung, um einzigartige Badezimmer zu entwerfen und zu gestalten.

* Kommunikation trifft auf Organisation: Du zeichnest dich durch deine kommunikativen Fähigkeiten und dein Organisationsgeschick aus.

* Faire Bezahlung: Wir legen Wert auf faire und marktübliche Gehälter. Das gesetzliche Jahresmindestbruttogehalt lg. Kollektivvertrag im Handel beträgt EUR 36.500,- auf Basis Vollzeit. Das tatsächliche Gehalt vereinbaren wir gemeinsam im persönlichen Gespräch mit dir.
