SUE BAKKERIJ MEDEWERKER Ben jij een harde werker met een positieve instelling? En een echte zoetekauw die graag wil leren hoe je gezonder kunt bakken? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als bakker bij SUE maak je het volledige assortiment 'zoet zonder suiker' in onze open bakkerij aan de Goudsesingel, midden in Rotterdam. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het hele productieproces: van het voorbereiden van ingrediënten en het maken en snijden van de bites tot het decoreren ervan. Daarnaast denk je mee over nieuwe smaken en de uitbreiding van het SUE-assortiment. Vaardigheden - Je werkt in hoog tempo, maar toch nauwkeurig - Je hebt een opleiding als banketbakker afgerond en ervaring in een professionele bakkerij - Je hebt affiniteit met bakken en gezonde voeding - Je kunt recepten zeer nauwkeurig volgen - Je kunt goed samenwerken, maar zelfstandig werken is ook geen probleem - Je hebt de drang om jezelf continu te ontwikkelen en te verbeteren - Je hebt altijd een positieve instelling Tijdens de gezamenlijke lunch in onze bakkerij deel je jouw passie voor eten met je collega's en inspireer je elkaar met ideeën. Samen zorg je voor constante kwaliteit en het behalen van de doelen. Wat bieden wij? Als bakker word je onderdeel van een jong, snel groeiend bedrijf en een enthousiast team. Je krijgt een uniek kijkje in de wereld van gezond en allergenen vrij bakken, iets wat nog niet wordt geleerd bij reguliere (bakkers)opleidingen. Je werkt in een inspirerende en creatieve omgeving. Natuurlijk mag je tijdens het werken onbeperkt proeven van al het 'zoet zonder suiker' en zit je zelfs in het testpanel! Je werkt doordeweeks van 8.00 tot 16.30 vanuit onze open bakkerij aan de Goudsesingel in Rotterdam. Wij zoeken iemand voor 4-5 dagen per week.
