Als bakker in onze industriële bakkerij krijg je de kans om jouw vaardigheden te laten zien en te ontwikkelen. Heb je ervaring met het bakken van verschillende soorten brood? Ben je bereid om te werken aan zowel volautomatische als traditionele productielijnen? En ben jij iemand die oog heeft voor kwaliteit en detail?

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

  • Het bakken van diverse soorten brood met liefde en precisie.
  • Het werken aan een volautomatische productielijn of een meer traditionele baklijn.
  • Het correct afwegen en doseren van grondstoffen voor optimale kwaliteit.
  • Het bedienen en opvolgen van de productiemachines (opleiding wordt voorzien).
  • Het bewaken van de kwaliteit van de producten, zodat we aan de hoogste normen voldoen.
  • Het strikt naleven van hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Onze bakkerij is 7 dagen per week geopend, wat betekent dat je in een afwisselend ploegenstelsel werkt met dag- en nachtshiften, inclusief weekendwerk volgens een beurtrol.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een bakkersopleiding gevolgd of relevante ervaring als bakker.
  • Je bent gepassioneerd over het bakkersvak en bereid om te leren.
  • Je hebt kennis van het productieproces van brood of bent gemotiveerd om dit aan te leren.
  • Fysiek werk is voor jou geen probleem.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om in dag-, nacht- en weekendploegen te werken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je respecteert de hygiënevoorschriften binnen de voedingssector.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler met een positieve instelling.
