De bakkerij afdeling van onze klant staat bekend om zijn ambachtelijke brood, heerlijke patisserie en warme sfeer. Wij streven ernaar onze klanten iedere dag weer te verwennen met versgebakken producten en uitstekende service. Ter versterking van ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Winkelmedewerker Bakkerij voor een supermarkt in sint-Pieters-Leeuw.

Als Winkelmedewerker in de bakkerij afdeling ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Met jouw glimlach en klantgerichte houding zorg je voor een warme en uitnodigende sfeer in de winkel.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Klanten helpen met specifieke vragen en adviseren over onze heerlijke producten.
  • Het voorbereiden en opstellen van bakprogramma's, waarbij jouw creativiteit tot uiting kan komen.
  • Het afbakken van verse broden, pistolets en verleidelijke koffiekoeken, zodat onze klanten altijd kunnen genieten van de lekkerste producten.
  • Ervoor zorgen dat de afdeling tiptop in orde is, met een schone en georganiseerde werkomgeving.
  • In een familiebedrijf met meer dan 70 jaar traditie in verse voeding, ben jij als medewerker bakkerij een belangrijke schakel in het succes van de winkel.
  • Ervaring: Ervaring in de detailhandel of een soortgelijke functie is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Klantgericht: Je hebt een passie voor klantcontact en een servicegerichte instelling.
  • Flexibiliteit: Je bent flexibel beschikbaar, ook in de vroege ochtenduren, in het weekend en tijdens feestdagen.
  • Fysiek fit: Je bent in staat om fysiek werk te verrichten (bijvoorbeeld het tillen van broodkratten).
  • Teamspeler: Je werkt graag samen in een team en hebt een positieve houding.
  • Talenkennis: Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en Frans
