Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking van de bakkerijafdeling en bewaakt de kwaliteit van verse producten.

  • Je bakt brood, broodjes en andere bakkerijproducten af volgens de planning.
  • Je maakt belegde broodjes en klantbestellingen correct en verzorgd klaar.
  • Je vult de stock aan en houdt de voorraad op peil, inclusief opvolging van voorraadniveaus.
  • Je controleert houdbaarheidsdata en neemt actie bij producten die niet meer verkocht mogen worden.
