Bij onze klant krijg je grondige opleiding op de werkvloer, werk je samen met ervaren collega's en heb je dagelijks contact met professionele klanten uit de bouwsector. Je combineert klantenservice, administratie en commerciële opvolging in één gevarieerde job.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit? Je verwelkomt dakwerkers, aannemers en gevelspecialisten aan de balie en helpt hen verder met vragen, bestellingen en afhalingen. Daarnaast verwerk je offertes en orders via telefoon, e-mail en WhatsApp en volg je deze op tot de levering.

Jouw taken:

  • Professionele klanten adviseren en verder helpen aan de balie
  • Offertes en bestellingen verwerken en opvolgen
  • Producten laten bestellen via aankoop en leveringen voorbereiden
  • Stock mee opvolgen en aanvullen
  • Samenwerken met collega's van binnen- en buitendienst
  • Mee zorgen voor een ordelijk en vlot draaiend filiaal
  • Je werkt graag klantgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Je bent leergierig en wil technische productkennis opbouwen.
  • Je hebt een graduaatdiploma of een vergelijkbaar denk- en werkniveau.
  • Je kan vlot werken met computers en digitale systemen.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk in het Nederlands en werkt graag samen in team.
