Op zoek naar een dynamische werkdag waarin menselijk contact en klantenservice centraal staan? Als Balieverkoper ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en waarborg je een uitstekende ervaring in de vestiging. In deze rol als Balieverkoper bied je concrete oplossingen aan professionals en particulieren die de winkel binnenstappen.

Jouw dagelijkse takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Onthaal & Advies: Klanten verwelkomen aan de balie, hun behoeften analyseren en technisch advies op maat verstrekken.
  • Verkoop & Invoer: Prijsffertes opstellen, bestellingen in het systeem invoeren en de rechtstreekse verkoop afhandelen.
  • Afhalingen: Materiaal voorbereiden en overhandigen aan klanten met een nauwkeurige opvolging van de balievoorraad.
  • Commerciële opvolging: Offertes opvolgen, eventuele klachten behandelen en de klantentevredenheid op het hoogste niveau houden.

Profiel

  • Een eerste geslaagde ervaring als Balieverkoper, commercieel medewerker binnendienst of een gelijkaardige functie met rechtstreeks klantcontact.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, luisterbereidheid en een sterk servicegerichte instelling.
  • Vlot met informaticatools voor verkoopbeheer en facturatie.
  • Teamgeest, veelzijdigheid en een uitstekende dagelijkse organisatie.
  • Technische kennis in de bouwsector, dakbedekking of bouwmaterialen (commercieel adviseur bouw).
  • Goede beheersing van de tweede landstaal naargelang de regio.
