Vos missions et responsabilités :

  • Établir le planning et veiller à ce que le projet suive ce planning : Vous définissez le planning initial du chantier, identifiez le chemin critique et mettez à jour régulièrement l'avancement. Vous assurez une communication fluide des informations et anticipez les déroulements en fonction des jalons.
  • Assurer la gestion des moyens nécessaires (humains, matériels et logistiques) : Vous analysez et anticipez les postes critiques, évaluez les besoins en ressources et veillez à leur bonne communication. Vous êtes proactif dans la recherche de solutions pour respecter le planning et vérifiez la planification des livraisons/interventions.
  • Veiller à la trésorerie du projet : Vous réalisez les états d'avancement (EA) dans les délais, suivez les paiements clients et effectuez les revues financières. Vous estimez les risques et opportunités, analysez les chiffres et dénoncez toute action compromettant la clôture du chantier.
  • Assurer l’approbation des décomptes par le client : Vous visualisez les potentiels décomptes, estimez l'ampleur des travaux supplémentaires et réalisez les métrés. Vous combinez les suppléments financiers avec les délais et défendez les décomptes auprès du client.
  • Répondre aux exigences du SQE : Vous promouvez et mettez en œuvre des actions favorisant la sécurité, la santé et la performance opérationnelle, notamment lors de la mise en service des installations.
  • Piloter la coordination et la communication interne des projets Balteau : Vous communiquez votre présence, vos déplacements et l'avancement des projets. Vous anticipez et traitez proactivement les problèmes, collaborez avec les autres Project Managers et priorisez les actions.
  • Veiller au suivi documentaire des projets : Vous tenez compte des délais d'approbation client, traitez les mails et courriers, et maintenez à jour les documents projets (nomenclature, liste de diffusion, schémas, plans, etc.).
  • Assurer une relation adéquate avec le client : Vous créez et maintenez une relation de confiance, cernez les points de "non-retours client" et assurez une communication régulière. Vous faites remonter les informations pertinentes des équipes terrain.
  • Assurer une relation adéquate avec les sous-traitants : Vous analysez proactivement les fiches techniques et budgets, identifiez les coûts et risques des équipements, et vérifiez le respect des protocoles de sécurité.
  • Faire une première analyse des tenants et aboutissants des projets : Vous vérifiez la faisabilité technique et financière des projets en offre, analysez le BEH et ciblez les points critiques et les futurs décomptes.
  • Maîtriser les spécifications d’un projet : Vous étudiez les éléments pertinents du cahier des charges, analysez les plans et procédures d'exécution, ciblez les clauses contractuelles et assurez le suivi des plaintes.
  • Maîtriser les équipements et installations : Vous connaissez les techniques de traitement des eaux (EP, STEP, Indus, Reuse), savez dimensionner les installations, sélectionnez judicieusement les équipements et optimisez techniquement et financièrement.
