Jobomschrijving

Als bandenmonteur ben je een belangrijke schakel in de dienstverlening naar klanten. Met jouw vakkennis en klantgerichte aanpak zorg je elke dag voor een uitstekende service.Vanuit de bandencentrale zorg je mee voor een vlotte service.Met jouw advies help je klanten op een vriendelijke en professionele manier verder.Je monteert, balanceert en herstelt banden van personenwagens en vrachtwagens.Daarnaast voer je uitlijningen uit zodat voertuigen veilig de weg op kunnen.Nieuwe leveringen verwerk je correct en sla je op in het magazijn.Kwaliteit staat voorop: elke opdracht werk je zorgvuldig af.Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s en rapporteert aan de Branch Manager.Jouw grootste voldoening? Klanten veilig en tevreden weer op weg helpen.

Interesse in auto's en technisch inzicht zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.Klanten help je graag verder met een professionele en vriendelijke aanpak.Je haalt voldoening uit het vinden van een praktische oplossing voor de klant.Werk zie je meteen liggen en je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.Fysiek werk schrikt je niet af.Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen binnen een team doe je vanzelf.Respect voor collega's, klanten, materiaal en veiligheid staat altijd centraal.Betrouwbaarheid en een positieve werkhouding typeren jou.Jouw troevenEen technische opleiding (bij voorkeur automotive).Een eerste ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een plus.Rijbewijs B
