Functie

Vivaldis zoekt een depanneur voor de regio Brugge (8000). In deze functie ben je vaak op de baan en zorg je ervoor dat klanten met pech snel en veilig opnieuw kunnen verder rijden. Je werkt in een praktische, technische omgeving binnen de bandensector en je rapporteert aan de Branch Manager. Tijdens je opstart krijg je een intensieve opleiding on-the-job in bandentechniek en werkwijze, zodat je vlot en veilig zelfstandig interventies kan uitvoeren.

Jouw taken:

  • Depannages uitvoeren op verplaatsing bij pech met vrachtwagenbanden en landbouwbanden
  • Banden monteren, (de)monteren, herstellen en waar nodig balanceren
  • De nodige uitlijning/controle van de stuurinrichting uitvoeren wanneer van toepassing
  • Klanten vriendelijk, professioneel en oplossingsgericht adviseren ter plaatse
  • Je opdrachten correct en volledig afwerken (kwaliteit, veiligheid en timing)
  • Materiaal ordelijk houden en vlot samenwerken met collega’s in filiaal/magazijn indien nodig

Je haalt voldoening uit het oplossen van problemen onderweg en kan op termijn groeien richting een meer senior rol (bv. mentor voor nieuwe collega’s of aanspreekpunt binnen depannages).

Profiel

Wat we graag bij jou zien:

  • Secundair onderwijs (bij voorkeur technisch/automotive) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • 0–2 jaar ervaring is mogelijk; ervaring in automotive is een plus
  • Rijbewijs B en je kan je verplaatsen met de auto
  • Interesse in vrachtwagens/landbouwvoertuigen en feeling voor techniek
  • Talen: Nederlands zeer goed, Engels goed (een basis Frans is mooi meegenomen)
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, bent nauwkeurig en hebt respect voor veiligheid, mensen en materiaal
  • Geen verplichte attesten vereist; je krijgt opleiding en begeleiding op de werkvloer

Werkuren: voltijds, met vaste (vroege) daguren.
