Voor een gekende bandencentrale, met een vestiging in Gent zoeken wij een ervaren bandenmonteur:

  • Expert in banden: Je monteert, balanceert en herstelt banden van personenwagens alsof het je tweede natuur is.
  • Technisch advies: Je helpt klanten met een glimlach en geeft vakkundig advies.
  • Precisiewerk: Je voert de uitlijning van de stuurinrichting perfect uit.
  • Magazijnbeheer: Je ontvangt nieuwe leveringen en zorgt dat alles op de juiste plek in het magazijn belandt.
  • Kwaliteit voorop: Je werkt elke opdracht nauwkeurig en volledig af onder de vleugels van je Branch Manager.

Profiel

Wie ben jij als bandenmonteur:

Ervaring is een mooie bonus, maar jouw instelling is voor ons goud waard. Je bent het type collega dat pas tevreden is als de klus geklaard is.

  • Hands-on mentaliteit: Je ziet werk liggen en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Fysiek fit: Je vindt het heerlijk om actief bezig te zijn en fysiek werk schrikt je niet af.
  • Teamplayer: Je bent betrouwbaar en hebt respect voor je collega's, het materiaal en de veiligheid.
  • Klantgericht: Mensen écht verder helpen? Daar krijg jij energie van.
  • Basis op zak: Je hebt bij voorkeur een technisch diploma, ervaring in de sector en sowieso een rijbewijs B.
