Bandenmonteur - Hasselt - Voltijdse functie

TRIXXO zoekt een ervaren bandenmonteur voor onze bandencentrale in Eeklo. Je gaat aan de slag in een voltijdse functie met vaste daguren. Ben jij de vakman die wij zoeken?

  • Heb jij ervaring in de autobandenbranche?
  • Ben jij klantgericht en heb je een passie voor techniek?
  • Wil jij werken in een collegiale en professionele omgeving?

Als bandenmonteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het monteren, balanceren en herstellen van banden van zowel personenvoertuigen als vrachtwagens. Je doet ook de nodige uitlijning van de stuurinrichting en ontvangt de banden bij levering, die je vervolgens in het magazijn stockeert. Jouw werk voer je correct en volledig uit, onder leiding van de Branch Manager. Jij haalt voldoening uit het helpen van klanten zodat zij weer veilig de weg op kunnen.

Wat zoeken wij in onze collega? Je moet niet alleen over de juiste technische vaardigheden beschikken, maar ook over de juiste mentaliteit om te slagen in deze rol.

  • Je bent professioneel, communicatief en betrouwbaar.
  • Je hebt interesse in auto’s en technisch inzicht.
  • Je vindt het belangrijk om klanten concreet verder te helpen.
  • Je ziet werk, steekt de handen uit de mouwen en werkt je taken af.
  • Je houdt ervan om fysiek zwaarder werk te doen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid binnen je team.
  • Je hebt respect voor mensen, materiaal en de veiligheid in het filiaal.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
  • Ervaring met onderhoud aan remmen, schokdempers en airco is een groot pluspunt.
