Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit

DEINE ROLLE

* Operative Leitung des gesamten Bankettbereichs im täglichen Veranstaltungsgeschäft

* Direkte Zusammenarbeit und laufende Abstimmung mit dem F&B Manager und Vertretung in dessen Abwesenheit

* Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen unterschiedlicher Größenordnungen - von Tagungen bis hin zu Großevents

* Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe sowie höchster Qualitätsstandards vor, während und nach Events

* Führung, Motivation und Einsatzplanung des Bankettteams

* Schulung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden und Aushilfen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Küche, F&B Management sowie dem Event-Team

* Kontrolle von Setups, Ablaufplänen und Einhaltung definierter Standards

* Ansprechpartner für Veranstalter und Gäste während Events

* Professionelles Handling von Feedback und Reklamationen

* Aktive Mitarbeit im operativen Service sowie Unterstützung anderer F&B-Bereiche bei Bedarf

DEINE STÄRKEN

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bankett- oder Veranstaltungsbereich

* Erfahrung mit größeren Events (idealerweise ab 500 Personen)

* Ausgeprägte Führungsstärke und Organisationstalent

* Hohe Belastbarkeit und Freude an dynamischen Arbeitstagen

* Hands-on-Mentalität und Teamgeist

* Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten

* Hoher Qualitäts- und Serviceanspruch

* Bereitschaft zu überwiegend Spätdiensten

Für die Position als Bankett Manager_in gilt ein KV-Mindestgrundgehalt von € 2.557 brutto monatlich. Natürlich honorieren wir Berufserfahrung und Qualifikationen, sodass du mit einer entsprechenden Überzahlung dein Bruttogehalt auf € 3.500 erhöhen kannst.
