Je verzorgt de catering, zet ruimtes klaar en hebt oog voor gastvrijheid. Samen met je collega's maak je elke bijeenkomst tot een succes! Jouw werkplek Welkom in het Radboudumc, waar jij als medewerker vergaderservice en evenementen zorgt voor de complete banqueting. Van kleinschalige vergaderingen tot bijeenkomsten met 500 gasten - jij regelt het. Alles wordt vers bereid in onze eigen banqueting keuken en uitgevoerd door ons eigen team. Denk aan ontbijtservices, uitgebreide diners, kerstborrels, foodcourts, nieuwjaarsbijeenkomsten en zomerse BBQ's. En dat allemaal onder het concept Hospitality - gastvrijheid in het ziekenhuis. Ons banquetingteam is een hechte club van collega's die al jaren samenwerken. Iedereen weet wat er mogelijk is en zet zich maximaal in om elke gast een fijne ervaring te bieden. Je kunt op elkaar rekenen, werkt met plezier samen en deelt de trots op wat we neerzetten. Jouw functie Als banquetingmedewerker bij Radboudumc | BQT, Nijmegen ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het verzorgen van evenementen, bijeenkomsten en borrels bij Radboudumc | BQT, Nijmegen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Van de opbouw tot de afhandeling van diverse soorten evenementen. Jouw doel is om gasten een onvergetelijke ervaring te bieden waarbij service en gastvrijheid centraal staan. Je taken variëren van het opzetten en indelen van zalen, het serveren van drankjes en gerechten, tot het coördineren van de logistiek rondom de evenementen. Je werkt nauw samen met de keuken en het bedienend personeel om ervoor te zorgen dat alles volgens plan verloopt en dat de wensen van de gasten worden ve...
