In onze bar zorgen we ervoor dat gasten kunnen genieten van een gezellige sfeer, kwaliteitsvolle dranken en een uitstekende service. Samen met een enthousiast en gedreven team creëren we elke dag opnieuw een warme en professionele beleving voor onze gasten. Als supervisor van de bar speel jij hierin een belangrijke rol. Je werkt actief mee op de vloer en ondersteunt het team om de dagelijkse werking van de bar vlot te laten verlopen. ONZE MISSIE: 'Met trots samenwerken aan de toekomst van ons familiebedrijf'. ONZE VISIE: Het is de visie van Van der Valk Hotel Antwerpen om de meest complete gastvrijheidsgever te worden in onze regio voor zowel de toerist als de zakelijke gast. HOE VERSTERK JIJ ONS TEAM? - Actief meewerken in de bar en zorgen voor een uitstekende service, ook tijdens drukke momenten. - Het dagelijkse verloop van de bar mee opvolgen en ondersteunen. - Collega's begeleiden, aansturen en ondersteunen tijdens de shift. - Taken verdelen en ervoor zorgen dat iedereen weet wat er van hem of haar verwacht wordt. - Nieuwe collega's mee opleiden en wegwijs maken binnen de werking van de bar. - Toezien op orde, netheid en hygiëne. - Waken over de kwaliteit en presentatie van dranken en service. - Mee opvolgen van de voorraad en tijdig signaleren wanneer er producten moeten worden bijbesteld. - Problemen of aandachtspunten tijdens de shift op een gepaste manier aanpakken. - Zorgen voor een goede communicatie en samenwerking met collega's en andere afdelingen. - Meedenken over hoe de werking van de bar verder kan worden verbeterd. - Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor je collega's en draagt bij aan een positiev...
